What you will need:
1 large onion diced in 1 inch pieces
1 large bell pepper diced in 1 inch pieces
1 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
3-5 kale leaves chopped fine
3 cloves garlic, minced
Dash of red wine (optional)
1 Tablespoon Caribbean Spice Belize Island Blend Seasoning
2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons agave or sugar
1 cup broth (meat or veggie) or water
Saute onion and bell pepper in a few teaspoons of Coconut Oil for five minutes. (Other oil is fine like our Cohune Oil). Add garlic, red wine, tomatoes and seasonings. Cook 15-20 minutes, or throw everything in a crock pot for an hour on high if life is too busy :) Serve over white rice.
