What you will need:

Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon of mustard for each fillet

1 Half Tablespoon of mayonnaise for each. (Optional)

Black Pepper to taste.

Choice of veggies to steam.

Foil

Cut foil large enough to wrap each filet of fish in an envelope to be closed at the top. Wash the fish and lightly coat with olive oil. set on the foil sheet.

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix the mustard, mayo, pepper and a little more oil in a mixing bowl until smooth. Fold the edges of the foil sheet upward and portion out the mix on top of each filet. Fold the foil and roll edges to pinch closed at the top.

Lay each packet on a baking pan and start the rice. Put the fish in the oven for 25-35 mins. depending on the thickness if the fish.
