Or as my English friend calls them,"Crumblies".
Belize is loaded with Mayan ruins that have been discovered and partially excavated with more discoveries every year. It has been said that during the most prosperous times, the population in the area may have been over 10 million inhabitants.

At Caribbean Spice Belize, many of our recipes used to make our spice blends originate from herbs used by the Mayan people centuries ago. Like our Mayan Wild Herb Sea Salt. or Mayan Cacao Chocolate Sauce or Mayan Pepian Sauce made with pepitos seeds just like the Mayans made
Caracol Ruins down the road from us at Caribbean Spice Belize!
