The Habanero comes in many colors, but what most people don’t realize is the green is hotter than the red, and the yellow habanero we have in Belize is usually what people call sweet (yet still very hot, but the mildest of all the habaneros)  The orange is just under the green and red in heat.  When available we offer purple and the ghost white habanero paste
